The story
Not another coaching business.
I've spent nearly a decade inside some of the best programs. DI college soccer. A USL professional club. One of the top MLS academies in the world. And in every single environment, I saw the same thing — talented players who had no one truly in their corner.
Not because no one cared. But because coaches can't do everything. They're managing 20+ players, running training, preparing for games. There's no time to sit down with one player, build their development plan, review their film individually, or walk them through what's actually happening with their college process.
That's the gap I built Players Project to fill. It's individualized mentorship — grounded in real psychology, real experience, and real relationships. The program I wish existed for every player I've ever coached.
