Founded by Michael Alcaraz, a USSF B licensed coach with nearly a decade of experience at elite levels, Players Project blends professional insight with a personalized approach. Michael has coached at University of South Florida (DI), Austin Bold FC (USL), and currently with New Your City FC (MLS Next), providing a unique perspective on player pathways from youth to pro. Our mission is to empower players with the technical, tactical, and mental tools they need while offering guidance to families navigating the competitive world of soccer.
